Eric joined BekaertDeslee as Group Chief Executive Officer on October 1, 2023, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in creating enthusiastic customers for leading brands in B2B markets.

Prior to joining BekaertDeslee, Eric held various management positions in global companies, both at headquarters and in subsidiaries worldwide. He began his career with Schneider Electric in France and China. He then moved to Hilti, where he managed the marketing departments in Liechtenstein and Italy before becoming General Manager for the Benelux region. Eric subsequently served as COO for Wilo in Germany and eventually led SLV Lighting Group as CEO.

Eric holds a university degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from HEC Paris.
