Based in France, Julie Pompilio leads the Procurement and Supply Chain strategy at BekaertDeslee at the group level as a member of the Executive Committee.

Julie started her career in the chemical industry, where she spent 13 years, serving as a Group Quality Manager for 5 years and then joining the Supply Chain community as a Supply Chain Manager. Following this, she took the lead of procurement and supply chain in the mineral industry for almost 4 years before joining BekaertDeslee as Executive Vice President Procurement & Supply Chain.

Julie has degrees in mechanical and production engineering from a university in France and a master's degree in QHSE. She also completed a management program at Essec Business School.

Julie has experience in major transformation projects, including organizational restructuring and shifts in operating models, as well as in crisis management.
