Customer Service Staff
The role is to manage materials in SAP, process orders and samples, and arrange deliveries, as well as handle customer complaints and accompany the Sales Manager during customer visits if needed.
Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Material number related: creation and setting up materials
Order/ Sample Process: Order/ Sample entry in SAP, FU status order, arranging delivery
Price and SKU Management: Maintaining material info records and price lists
Delivery Requests: Provide shipment plan and create Outbound Delivery on SAP
Monitoring and scheduling: Following up delivery status
Payment demands: Following up on overdue payments
Complaint Handling: Receiving complaints and communicating to Quality Deptartement, entering notifications in SAP.
Inventory tracking
Accompany Sales Manager for customer visit when necessary
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in textile or related field
- Work experiance: 3 years related working experience
- Able to handle multi task and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong knowladge of english both written & spoken
- Familiar with SAP system adn microsoft office application
Excellent communication and coordinations skills with different levels of staff, internally and externally
