Job description

As a Customer Success Representative, your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing your existing customer portfolio in the French market, prioritizing optimal customer service.
    • Commercial Solutions: Listen to customer needs and offer commercially viable solutions, ensuring technical accuracy and customization.
    • Customer Projects: Work on customer-specific projects, providing support and technical advice.
    • Customer Interaction: Assist the Sales Manager during customer visits. Communicate clearly and efficiently with customers, and proactively provide updates.
    • Technical Advice and Samples: Provide technical advice, send customer-specific samples, new developments with technical details, and new collections.
    • Serve as the primary POC for all sales queries from customers and sales managers.
    • Take ownership of issues and provide effective, professional solutions.
  • Operating as the POC to ensure a smooth process of the sample requests:
    • Request new designs and presentations in a technically prepared manner.
    • Follow sample production, answer technical questions, and ensure smooth communication.
    • Stay updated on new developments, request new qualities/finishes, and ensure technical correctness in communications.
  • Providing Sales support:
    • Assist the Sales Manager in client visits.
    • Provide clear updates of customer requests.
  • Staying up to date with product developments:
    • Stay up to date within the industry.
    • Stay informed about new developments within the company and explain them to customers.

Profile

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has a background in textiles and passion for the product.
  • Has excellent communication skills in spoken and written French and English.
  • Finds creative solutions for customer requests based on our capacity.
  • Works collaboratively with internal teams (sales, customer service, production, R&D) and external agents.
  • Is stress resistant and is able to efficiently prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with SAP and CRM software is an asset.
  • Work experience in the French market or an international environment is an asset.

You’ll be part of the Customer Service team of BekaertDeslee EMENA (Europe, Middle East and North-Africa). The team consists of 24 people, including you, located in Belgium, Romania, Turkey, Germany and Spain.
You will report to our Customer Service Manager.
