Systems Engineer Endpoint Management
The Systems Engineer will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure. This position will focus on key technologies such as Systems Center Configuration Manager, InTune, Auto Pilot, Defender, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Windows Server. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these technologies and be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Endpoint management environment
Deployment tools for operating systems
Application delivery management (packaging, updating, Citrix)
Endpoint security tools
Optimize and maintain the patching process for endpoints
Optimize and maintain the patching process for server systems
Follow up on technical evolutions in the market that can improve our endpoint management systems
Create reports based on KPI’s provided by the IT leadership team
3rd line support for support engineers worldwide
Collaborate with our trusted partners and other IT teams regarding endpoint management solutions
Knowledge of scripting is a plus.
Basic knowledge of PatchMyPc is a plus
Basic knowledge of CyberArk EPM is a plus
Travel: approximately 5-10% of the year to our remote sites worldwide.
