Supply Chain Project Manager
The Supply Chain Project Manager coordinates and executes, in collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager of the Business Units, the Group inventory strategy by optimizing inventory performance to achieve high customer service levels . She/he will be responsible for implementing best practices within the supply chain, increasing supply chain skills and raising to the next maturity level (SiOP, planning, product life cycle). She/he will operate in a cross geography and cross function organization.

- Drive the execution of inventory policies to achieve Net Working Capital targets across the group and Business Units.
- Provide insightful reporting on inventory performance to senior leadership through comprehensive monthly analysis, covering key metrics such as inventory volumes, value, and management of slow-moving and obsolete stock.
- Foster a global supply chain community, promoting best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead strategic supply chain projects at the group level, including logistics network optimization, stock management, planning, and warehousing.
- Customize and implement the SiOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) process with Business Units to ensure product availability aligns with service standards and customer demand.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize the inbound supply chain and reduce lead times.
- Advise and enhance planning processes from raw materials through to finished goods for optimal efficiency.
Profil
Qualifications & Expertise:
- Master’s degree or equivalent through a minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with industry experience preferred (textiles is a plus, but not required).
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest supply chain practices, tools, and technologies.
- Strong expertise in both long-term and short-term planning, from sales forecasting to delivery, including raw material sourcing and familiarity with production processes.
- Solid understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerBI, and other business intelligence tools.
