Procurement Excellence Manager

As our Procurement Excellence Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing efficient procurement processes across our global operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), you will collaborate closely with business units, the CPT team, and other support functions to ensure alignment with our company strategy and procurement goals. Your expertise will drive transparency, efficiency, and consistency in our procurement activities worldwide.

  • Lead the development, implementation, and improvement of procurement processes, manuals, and procedures.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation and retention for the procurement community.
  • Work with Legal to develop and maintain PO templates, General Terms and Conditions (GTCs), contract/agreement templates, and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with IT to create and implement transparent, efficient systems and tools, with a focus on SAP.
  • Act as the go-to expert for procurement when new systems and tools are introduced, ensuring seamless integration and use across all business units.
  • Provide tools for operational reporting, including spend analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee the development and effective use of master data processes.
  • Manage procurement-related projects, ensuring efficient processes and successful implementation of new activities.
  • Lead change management initiatives, providing training and communication to drive process improvement.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with procurement processes across all global locations.
  • Collaborate with Finance to optimize the effectiveness of Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes and tools.
  • Review audit reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance process performance.

简介

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
  • Procurement experience in a global environment is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Excel.
  • Results-oriented with excellent communication and social skills.
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the company, think analytically and conceptually, and manage change effectively.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
  • Living in the proximity of Waregem but willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
