Main job objective:
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure the availability of inventories.
- Send quotation requests to suppliers and prepare price comparisons.
- Monitoring from purchase request, until goods are received, and documentation is received properly.
- Coordinate with planners, production departments, and warehouse departments for the availability of machine spare parts that will be planned to run production.
- Carrying out contract data collection with suppliers and updating data on the contract list.
- Provides analytical support for procurement of assigned items.
- Takes part in negotiations with suppliers to assures the established quality standards and volumes meet the requirements
简介
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 3 years working experience in purchasing
- Independent and able to work in a team
- Solid technical knowledge, knowledge of Textiles Industry is a Plus
- English Skills both speaking and writing
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Ability to develop and maintain to successful working relationship with different levels of people
